About Me:

I am a native of Junction City, Kansas by way of the military.  Originally born in New Jersey my family and I moved around until our final duty station at Ft. Riley.  I am an alum of Junction City High School and Wichita State University.  High school ministries and organization are a passion of mine and help occupy my free time, working with the youth in our community is very important to me.

About Me:

I completed my first semester of college at Garden City community college, playing baseball there. For personal reasons, I moved back to Wichita. I got the opportunity to work here in April of 2012 and since then have been learning about what a great and honest business this can be under the right management which we are so fortunate to have. In my spare time, I enjoy being with my girlfriend of about a year and a half, hanging out with my buddies, and getting out of the house for some outdoor fun.

I’m married to an amazing woman named Lauren who I met while she was working down in Honduras. We have been blessed with the opportunity to be missionaries and live in several different places in the short time we have been married. I’m originally from Guatemala and love being able to share my story with others and learn from others about their life experiences. We love to spend time outside and biking is one of our new favorite hobbies.

Trabajo aquí porque disfruto el ambiente que mis compañeros y yo hemos creado. Estoy casado con una mujer maravillosa llamada Lauren, a quien conocí mientras ella estaba trabajando en Honduras. Tenemos la bendición de haber sido misioneros  y vivier en diferentes lugares en el corto tiempo que hemos estado casados. A Little Bit About Me:

I purchased my first Suzuki in 2008. I was selling radio advertising then and Suzuki of Wichita was my customer. Each time I visited the Dealership I was amazed at the way they helped customers. They made it easy and fun. In the back of my mind I thought, “This would be a great place to work. They treat people like individuals, not like a number”. Well, I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to begin working here in January of 2011. I just love meeting people and helping them find the vehicle that is right for them. Some people have had some tough breaks in life and we have options here at Suzuki of Wichita that other Dealerships don’t have to help those people. Every day is an adventure for me at Suzuki of Wichita because I am able to meet some truly amazing people just in the course of a normal day at work. Why I Work Here

It’s a fantastic atmosphere and everybody says it but I would never work at a different car dealership than this one. The people are great and the free cookies on Saturdays that are for all the customers are to die for.

About Me:

I grew up in a really small town in Southwestern Kansas called Montezuma. I recently graduated from Friends University with my Business Administration degree and also played basketball. I’m a huge sports nut and love watching NFL, NBA and college basketball. I’m a big people person and love meeting new friends.

Here’s a little bit about me: I’m known as the “Truck Guy” at the dealership, because I have had a lot of previous experience working with them. I am the youngest salesperson here, but don’t let my youth fool you–I have been around the car business my entire life. I have an amazing wife (Anne) and no children at this time. I am originally from Manhattan, KS, and moved here in 2004 to work for Scott Pitman. The rest is history.

Here’s a little about me: I have always had a love affair with the automobile. Being at Suzuki of Wichita in the New Car environment allows me to indulge that passion, all the while changing people’s lives. I am a veteran of the car business since 1997, working in large part with the same group of guys that you will find here at Suzuki of Wichita.

I work here because: I love the product, I love the atmosphere, and I love my fellow co-workers. There really isn’t any other dealership that I could see myself working for in the City of Wichita.

How did you get the Nickname “Diggs”?: It all goes back to high school. I was the first in my peer group whose voice changed. One of my best friend’s father told me it sounded like I had a frog in my throat. Kids being cruel (like we all were in high school) decided to start calling me “Diggum Smacks” (see below). Somehow the name stuck, and evolved. First it was “Diggums,” then it was “Smacks,” then “Smizzacks,” and later, “Diggs.” My current take on Diggum Smacks is “Diggatron,” which I put in place after the year 2000 since I decided it sounded a little more futuristic.

Why I work here:  It keeps me young. There are a lot of things to do but nothing beats doing what you love and that is why I work here. In Wichita there is not a better place to work, because in this house (the Suzukian Palace) I am among friends. 5. Studying and listening to music is a passion with me since the days my brother and I were grounded and confined to our room for several hours in total darkness
6. I enjoy digging fence-post holes for random leisure
7. I once hosted my own cooking show, and it was featured on local TV, as well as FOX. One episode consisted of me cooking sans clothing the entire show.
8. I invented mannequins
9. I am tremendously scared of heights, unless I am skydiving or bungee jumping
10. I really do have eyes in the back of my head
