Why I work here: It keeps me young. There are a lot of things to do but nothing beats doing what you love and that is why I work here. In Wichita there is not a better place to work, because in this house (the Suzukian Palace) I am among friends. Imagine having the opportunity to meet a new person every day and know that it is not by happenstance and then the joy of being trusted to assist that person with a major decision. That is why I work at Suzuki of Wichita.
Why you should buy from me: I will not hurt you and I do not bite. I am an old guy but not an old, used up salesman. You should buy from me because I am going to put your needs and desires above my own. When I meet you I am meeting a person not a dollar sign. You should buy from me only if I have earned your trust and you are enjoying the purchase process and if you are not I would not expect you to.

We were pleasantly “shocked” at our experience. Everyone was great and just like the signs say on the door and all the cars-”no sharks”. No pressure, answered questions and gave us the information and time we needed to make our decision.
Randolph and Trish went above and beyond. I was so thrilled when I left that I cried happy tears for most of the three hour drive back home. I recommend them to everybody and from now on, they are my only “car people”

Randolph Warren was the most pleasant salesman I have ever met and buying my new car was a wonderful experience. I was numb for a few days..couldnt believe I was driving a new car..the whole experience right down to signing my paperwork was WONDERFUL!!!! I will not buy a car anywhere else ever!!!! we have got 2 brand new cars from you now. i just love the grand vivtar. i plan on trying to trade it back in for another new one. you were wonderful to us. so wonderful my brother in law wants to come get a new car from you. by the way merry christmas
thanks for all you have done for us. you were great. not pushy,rude. spent alot of time with us trying to make it work for us and you did. you did it twice. hopefully it will be 3 times. we will always come back to you guys for a car.

I’ll never forget your graciousness in dealing with me. Nicest experience I ever had buying a car. I’m so happy you responded to my questionnaire when I was ready to give on car dealers everywhere.
