He was always available when we arrived. He worked with me on what I wanted rather than what just "came with the car". I love my new car and will refer as many people as I can. Zack truely does treat you like family. We shared kid stories and most of all kept my 4 year old entertained with cookies, drinks, and the fun games they have in the lobby.
